Marco is our Director. He supervises whole of DRN activities, manages our human resources and selects new business opportunities. He is also in charge of the financial management of DRN and supervises the company's administrative activities. He has an in-depth knowledge of the financial systems and management tools adopted by the major national and international donor agencies.

Enzo is a senior development economist, with over 30 years of professional experience. He has acquired significant expertise in the identification, design, management and evaluation of economic policy reforms, institution-building programmes as well as macro-economic and regional integration issues in developing countries. Enzo plays a leading role in defining the strategic orientation of DRN.

Paolo is a socio-economist specialising in rural development and environmental management and policy. He has gained an extensive experience in the design, monitoring and evaluation of local community development projects as well as in the management of integrated projects. Paola is an economist, specialised in development evaluation, human resources and institutional development. Camilla is an economist specialised in food security, rural poverty and community development issues. Elena is a social development expert specialised in community-driven development, communication for development and institutional capacity development. With significant field experience, she contributes to the acquisition, management and implementation of projects. She is currently in charge of the management of the EC Framework contracts Beneficiaries Lots 1, 7, 9 and 11.

Mari Carmen is a socio-economist specialising in governance and institutional building with a wide knowledge of EC programmes, politics and aid procedures. She has participated in several evaluation and formulation missions (Nicaragua, El Salvador, Argentina, Uruguay, Benin and Djibouti). Based in Brussels, she liaises with the EC and contributes to the acquisition, management and implementation of projects in these fields.

Based in our Brussels office, she liaises with the EC and assists in the management of projects relating to trade and regional integration.

Chiara is a political scientist specialised in the identification and management of development project/programmes. She has been country representative for an Italian NGO in Kenya and has also carried out short-term missions in Macedonia, Sierra Leone, Lebanon and South Sudan. At DRN, given her familiarity with European data sources, she is responsible for identifying funding opportunities and for following these opportunities from the forecast to the tendering phase.

Silvia is a graduate in Development Sciences and works as project officer/junior expert. She assists our project managers in the logistics of ongoing missions, from data collection to liaising with experts on site and clients, up to final formatting of reporting. She also is in charge of the identification of forthcoming projects and programmes that we may want to pursue and bid for, and contributes to the preparation of tenders.

Leida is our representative in Tirana, Albania. She has a vast experience as Development Consultant, specializing in Vocational Education Training as well as market and policy analysis, and has worked with various International organisations prior to joining DRN in May 2010. In Tirana, she is responsible for the development of local contacts and the promotion of our services in the region. She is also in charge of managing EC Beneficiaries Framework contracts in the Balkans.

Anne provides assistance to our project managers in the preparation of EOIs and tender proposals by liaising with partners and consultants for the collection of administrative documentation, by updating our roster of external consultant, and by translating project references and other documents into French. Another important part of her work consists in editing/revising of many of our mission reports in French and in English.
