| A growing company |
| In the last six years, DRN has carried out more than a hundred studies and projects. Activities have greatly expanded in the last year and we are expecting a one million increase in our annual turnover that should pass from just over 2.5 million euros in 2005 to more 3.5 million euros starting in 2006. |
| DRN has offices in Rome and Brussels. All working stations in the two offices are linked through an intranet system that ensures the constant flow of information as well as simultaneous access to the company's database. This allows DRN offices and staff on mission to access and share information and to spread activities' outcomes. |

| The chairman of the company is Marco Palmini. |

| Quality of services |
| Our commitment to quality, reliability and attention to the client, is ensured by a team of highly qualified and multi-disciplinary specialists as well as by specific internal quality assurance mechanisms, which guarantee continuing peer review and ensure that clients' expectations are fully met. In addition, the adoption of a 'network approach' enables DRN to draw upon a wide network of international consultants (DRN maintains a roster of over 2,600 experts) and specialised partner organisations, which ensures the mobilisation of the right expertise for every task. Assignment implementation is jointly monitored by a project officer and by the senior management, this to ensure the technical supervision and the quality control of projects as well as the necessary administrative backup and logistics. Such organisation allows DRN to provide its teams in the field with constant backstopping, including liaison with the clients and involved institutions, as well as quality review, proofreading and editing of reports. DRN is working towards the certification of its activities in conformity with the standards of the international quality standard ISO 9001 2000. |
